These Conditions of Use regulate the access, navigation and use of this Website, notwithstanding that AGLAIA FOUNDATION reserves the right to modify the presentation, configuration and content of it, as well as the conditions required for its access and / or use. The access and use of the contents of the Website after the entry into force of its modifications or changes imply the acceptance thereof.

The user undertakes to make diligent use of the Website, as well as information regarding the products, services and activities contained therein, with full subjection both to the applicable regulations and the General Conditions of Access and Use and, in its case, to any other conditions that AGLAIA FOUNDATION establishes for this purpose on the Web. General Conditions of Access and Use are redacted in Spanish, English, Czech and French. In case of discrepancy between said versions, the Spanish version shall prevail.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
The General Conditions of Access and Use will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Czech legislation. Any dispute that may arise between AGLAIA FOUNDATION and the users of the Website will be resolved, with express waiver of the parties to their own jurisdiction, by the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Prague (Czech Republic).
